The locals are so welcoming here There is so much to do walking distance away There is a dump point, fire area lovely trees and a great spot to relax

Nice and quiet area about 7km from Nuriootpa. There are only about 5 semi level spots so probably need to get in early. Toilets are clean and tidy.

Great spot! Stayed here a few night. Is now $10 per night, still worth the visit as it's in walking distance to pub, brewery, cellar doors and other local gems

Question:

Does this place get busy on a long weekend?

Answer:

I am local and the most I have ever seen there is 19 vans. Given that, it doesn't leave that much more room and a lot of sites aren't that level. An alternative would be the Showgrounds at Kapunda. I am not a great lover of caravan parks. by Ivor Carter
