Little private area in between some trees for our rooftop tent. Very spacious, number 8 has sites for around 3 spaced out setups. Walk is 2 mins to 90 Mile beach through a little private track. There are toilets available- but no water.

Golden Beach Campsite 8 - 3 separate areas, 3 cars comfortably taking up the whole site and potentially 6 cars if you want to get squishy. There is a drop toilet but not well maintained that was not very clean (I have been to a number of drop toilets but this one I decided to skip out on using). The Golden Beach general store and public toilets are less than 10min drive up the road which you better off using. There are 19 free campsites along this stretch of road from Golden Beach general store then down south. Camp 1-4 tend to be busiest. Less than 100m walk from the beach. Trinculo shipwreck is nearby if which is nice to check out.

C8 is a really nice little free spot. It even has a drop toilet which isn’t sparkling clean but still a toilet nonetheless. It’s. Short stroll to the top of the dunes with a nice view down over the long stretch of beach. On the way in or out you can grab yourself a hot shower at Golden Beach for $4 (in $2 coins) for 5 minutes as well as fill up the tanks with clean drinking water.
