Great spot 10km out of Halls Gap with toilets and bonus was dogs were allowed on leash. Lots of fire pits around to use too.

Lots of wildlife, plenty of room with lots of different sections. Stunning view in the morning of the hills. Tables, fire pits and good parking. Get there early on weekends, is busy!

Beautiful spot, lots of room. Toilet and camp shower facilities are well kept. Easy 2WD access. Couldn’t recommend enough!

What a great free camp approximately 10ks from halls gap on a dirt road we towed our 19 ft semi off road caravan here no problems plenty of space for tents as always with a free camp 1st in drop toilets and bush shower fire pits

Question:

Hey , I was wondering is this site is still free and first come frist serve during covid times? Last time I went camping a lot of sites were closed and could only be booked beforehand to maintain social distancing. Thank you!

I am here right now but the campground is closed due to controlled burning. There are campers nearby in the forest but only a few who made it to here and found it by Kriszta
