Stayed here a few times and again what has happened to costumer service. The lady on the phone was actually rude and short with me about simple questions. After checking the sites that were all dirt and sand I decided not to stay. The facilities are dirty and not clean. The bell tents have black mild and are right next to toilets making the loud slamming of doors all night very loud. Have stayed here before and have to say a review of front staff is needed. Also simple park cleaning should be done much better. The showers after being cleaned were clearly not done with love. Huge clumps of hair blood on walls and dirt. Like who doesn’t wipe walls with blood. Saw the old man they have cleaning and can’t understand why anyone would think he is effective. You need a big staff of cleaners in toilets twice a day As your park is full. I will not be back as it’s just so unpleasant when speaking to receptionist. Maybe they don’t like people but have definitely stayed along the way at many caravan parks where the receptionist are much kinder and not snappy at you when asking for clarification. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend either. Shame

Nice location. Close to Byron and friendly staff. Bathrooms were not very clean, stinky and sometimes out of toilet paper. Camp sites quite small. Would stay again if I needed cheaper accommodation near Byron, but it's not somewhere you'd go just to stay at the park.

Great holiday park with friendly staff, a little far from the town. I stayed at an unpowered tent site and it was pretty hard to get pegs to stay in the sand so make sure you bring sand pegs. Camp kit... Read more
