We went there a few months ago and we didn’t enjoy it at all, mainly due to the fact that there is little to no shade. The basin to swim in isn’t nice and very crowded. We wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it

Question:

Do we still have to pay if we are just going here for picnic and bonfire?

Answer:

Yes if you are driving in. According to the National Parks website it costs $8 per vehicle per day. The park has pay and display machines that accept both coin and card. If you have an annual pass on your car then no additional fee is required. by Benny C.
