Camped here mid Feb with our kids. River is quite fast flowing due to lots of rain. Toilets are fantastic with ramp access and one of the toilets has a baby change table. Grass was a bit overgrown in the main clearing area and covered some of the picnic tables (likely because of all the rain we gave been getting!). Easy 10mins drive to Braidwood.
Very busy over Easter with lots of caravans. If you’re going with a car and a swag there is ample room. Rubbish bins are provided, take your own toilet paper as they may not always be stocked.
Great campground just off the main road. We camped in our tent here and had no issues. Perfect spot to rest on the way from Canberra to Jervis bay.
Great spot with a short walk to the river. Would be great in the summertime for a quick dip.
