Nice camp area just off the main road, situated next to a river. Definitely visit the pub for the biggest schnitzel you’re ever likely to see. Too good!

What a great spot! Clean unisex toilet. Caravan dump point. Wheelie bins all around the site as are fresh water taps. Concrete riverway walk leads into the village where free hot showers are available and you’ll see plenty of bird life along the creek as you walk. There’s been recent rain so creek is flowing and even have brolgas here right now. Just over the road is the Bollon Hotel which does HUGE meals. Debs Cafe just closer to the weir has good meals, coffee and a limited range of groceries, fresh fruit and veg. Since St George closed off any free camping (and lost financially by us not visiting) this little diamond in Bollon is a great alternative. Show your appreciation for the facilities provided for free campers by spending local.

Fantastic spot, amazing pub feed, good facilities, make sure you leave a donation located by the toilet block to keep this little gem going
