Walking distance to town. Fun park

Older park with what looks to be semi permanent vans. We had a powered site which was quite small and uneven. New units currently being built so a bit noisy. Should be good once all the maintenance work is finished. Reasonably priced at $35pn fir a powered site

Amenities were clean and in the ladies there were plenty of showers and toilet cubicles in the middle amenity block, the men’s only had 3 showers and 3 toilets though. We went over the Easter weekend and the park was so busy that they were using overflow campsites, but still, there was never a problem getting a shower. Didn’t use the camp kitchen or bbq areas, but seemed to be plenty around. During holidays and long weekend there is a onsite takeaway stand called the BoomBox for evening snacks and dinner. Dogs welcome always. Lots of them around (on leads). Jumping pillow, playground and swimming pool to keep the kids entertained. Hire bikes, electric bikes, 50cc scooters and peddle karts. There is also lots of new activities coming later in 2019 (waterslides, mini golf, ‘pumptrack’ bike track) About a 15min walk into town. Victor Harbor is pretty boring for a young family. The beach isn’t overly nice and there isn’t much to do. Would go to Port Elliot next time.
