Slept in car in the public spots for the night before Halfway Hangs drift show. Nice area, has a pool if you don't feel like going to valla beach. Has a couple toilet blocks, one with showers (wear thongs).

Hi I would like to let you that we were disappointed with our stay at your holiday park. We were returning visitors that also encouraged 3 other lots of campers to come with us on the Australia Day weekend. We were a little dissappointed that a particular couple that were also there that weekend were going into both the men's and women's toilet blocks together multiple time each day and when other park guest said anything to them he would get quiet angry. I know that families that were camped near them left early because they felt uncomfortable, we had our 13 year old daughter that couldnt go to the toilet by herself because if this gentleman wasn't in the toilet he was sitting on the rail outside. Staff did say that they had spoken to this couple but they continue going into the toilets together walking through people campsites making us feel very uneasy. Another incident was Australia Day with a drunk driver driving through campsite later to be arrested by the police. Also around the tap on our site was a pair of childrens underpants, broken trailer light and you couldnt see the drain due to the long grass. I do praise the staff member on site on Sunday when the branch broke getting someone in to make the tree safe. Just very disappointed as you have always had a lovely park, peaceful and quiet but on thst weekend it just wasn't what I remembered.
