Fabulous family-friendly campsite. Fire pits available but must be booked. Only accessible by ferry or boat, which is great for limiting crowds, but a logistical consideration. The lagoon is fabulous for swimming, nice and flat for little kids, good for a paddleboard or some laps. The little wallabies seen very take but little kids beware they can be quite aggressive. Basic shower block, but you can always swim in the ocean!

Good facilities, lots of wildlife around. We had fun with the wallabies coming around for snacks. Beware of bush turkeys who will steel your food, and the goannas. The spots are good so long as it’s not too crowded. Relatively quiet. I recommend you bring a beach trolley or other transport for your camping gear!

This is not a free campsite, its a jetty so cars are allowed overnight but not for sleeping. We stayed here with the van for almost a week and was no problem. Other campervans came and went as well.... Read more
