My partner and I booked this site as he had so many great memories as a child, however we must have held high expectations. The staff were not welcoming when we checked in and out. The site is also overgrown making it difficult to walk through the wet grass and a perfect home for all sorts of critters - our powered site was home to a red back spider (on the power port). Please check these as it could have ended badly if we had not checked ourselves.

The toilets are and were cleaned daily during your stay. Due to the continued rain we haven't been able to mow as often as we typically would. Thanks for the great review Tina! We hope to see you back soon. :-)
