Once at the start of the dirt track off the main road the gate is locked and not drivable.. (unless you have a key) but the 45 min walk down to the beach was nice.

I couldn't find any campsite at the marked location, although there are some clearings you could camp. The road is closed (though the gate is open), and it's pretty rough, so you be hard pressed to drive up. There's a pulloff right by the entrance to Five Mile Road you could car camp though. by JoeJoe
