We did a late arrival and find out that someone was using our space and didn't want to move. Space had dog poo everywhere and facilities were pretty dirty. I will never come back to this place. Staff... Read more

Our priority at this challenging time is to accommodate the many fire evacuees that are looking for a safe and comfortable place to seek refuge. At the time of your stay, the Park was close to full due to the influx, which undoubtedly resulted in the facilities facing higher demand. Many evacuees brought their pets (which they consider to be part of the family) also leading to a high number of dogs in the park. This is an unprecedented event for the region. We are very disappointed by this review and photos. Compassion, patience and understanding is what is needed at this time.
