Love the online check in. Toilet blocks require a code which is so convenient and clean. Amazing location in front of the beach and shops. Great for summer as the water is warm even at night.

Was a great weekend at rosebud. Camp site was lovely. Was a bit noisey Saturday night but we had a good sleep in our tent. Very recommend, will be back in may for a couple of cold nights :)

Perfect beach for little kids as the water never gets deep. Very busy at night being so close to beach road. The area has its fair share of Harley's and emergency vehicles passing at night, but there is heaps to do in the area and I suggest the ice cream shop across the road. Love heart eye emoji.

I’m not sure how this place can be considered a full-price campsite yet offer donation-quality (at best) amenities. The toilets and showers are basically public toilets that have been claimed by putting a lock on the door, and there is no camp kitchen or washing facilities. The sites aren’t numbered, and are massively uneven. We were parked 1m (unfenced) from the main road with people walking by all hours which made us feel vulnerable and our equipment unsafe. Most of the surrounding sites are occupied by permanent residents whom didn’t make us feel particularly welcome and have set up some kind of tent maze, which makes it feel like a refuge camp. I always try to be fair on reviews, but this place didn’t tick any boxes, unfortunately.
