There is access to the river via both the north and south side of the bridge. Great little free spot for passing through which is far enough out of town. Sand can get very boggy so ensure you have 4WD... Read more

Camp was flooded out and had to put it in 4wd to get back up the hill would avoid this place with a 2wd vehicle in the wet. It looks like an awesome spot to stay in the summer.

Beautiful grounds near the river. Shade and places to explore. Great to have a dip in the water on sunset. Quiet and suitable for caravans / tents.
