Best stay we had so far! Very nice pub, cool trucker atmosphere. Ladies in pub are great!

Great little tavern! The ladies are lovely and once you’ve purchased something from the bar (which isn’t hard when they have alcoholic ginger beer on tap and amazing hot chips) you can camp round the back for free and use the showers! Toilets were so clean too and open any time I needed to use them. Only disadvantage is the road noise so bring ear plugs.

Great spot with a lovely pub. Nice and clean facilities with showers!! Really friendly bar staff and had some fun playing pool :) highly recommend this camping stop over 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Lovely pub next to the highway. Showers and toilets were clean Beer was cold and food was nice. Right next to a train line so can be a bit noisy.

Is there a grassy spot for a tent? Or is it mainly for camper vans :)

No grassy spots but have seen people put tents up in the same bit where campers etc park. There’s shade, just chat to the ladies behind the bar about the best spot to pitch it 😃 by Ellie Rose Weale
