Adequate stop for a (very hot) night. Arrived in the dark, no other campers, no caretaker. Rather soulless place but free.
Self contained!!! There is the question. The caretaker informed me that I could not stay because I did not have plummed in toilet or shower or water tank. I am fully self sufficient, I just need a place to park. I use solar and a port a potty. I have no brown water issues. The only dump point in the whole of Port Hedland is 300 m away. The caretaker nazi said no. I’m in a campervan and take up one third of the space of caravans and their cars. How much more self sufficient do I have to get?? And it is free! I’ve paid $10 for the use of toilets at the back of ovals and had no issues with my self sufficiency.
