Great place for free camping. We stayed by the lake and there is a large overflow area as well. Lots of caravans and vans. Very peaceful, toilets clean

Gorgeous free camping site - highly recommend coming here on your way down the middle to Hobart. There’s a large flat grassed area for caravans and also a small-Med area down near the river which has tables and a fire pit. Right on the river, lots of ducks and geese that are friendly. Toilets short walk away that are very clean. The town itself is gorgeous, worth a stop just to see that. Super quaint and full of character. I loved my stay here. Will definitely return
