Fabulous location, great low key town, swam at the beach loved it…and a nice coffee from the surf club that’s right on the beach. All within walking distance of the camping site!!
We love going here! Beautiful spot and well looked after grounds and facilities! Short walk to everything in town, which is great! Perfect beach spot! It’s becoming very popular and is very busy during peak season.
We stayed on the unpowered camp site situated right on the river and it was great. Amenities were nice and clean. Park is dog friendly which is great, however dogs are not permitted to swim in the river or be on adjoining beaches (council rules, not park rules). Off lead dog beach was a short drive away. Cabins were situated next to us and looked beautiful. Our campsite was huge, we were able to fit 2 tents and 2 cars on it comfortably. Park was busy but that is just a testament to the great location
