Nice spot. Expansive camp area can comfortably spread out . Suitable for all vehicles and camping set ups. Dog friendly on leash at all times. Family friendly also. Went there Australia Day weekend during the heat wave. Very dry as everywhere river was dropping and very calm so safe for all leisurely water activities and blow ups. A couple of sandbar spots safe for kids of course usual precautions of safety should be followed. No power No potable water Some fire pits provided in good condition. Please remember to check fire restrictions before using. Plenty of bins provided. Can leave recycling cans and bottles beside bins in a bag for the local collector who donates to floods fire recovery or other causes in the local area. Very good and very clean well maintained free hot showers and toilets located at the sports oval just behind the camp area, one toilet and shower block in the campground with multiple toilets and showers including disabled. Was busy so a short wait for showers may be required. Tank water operation so showers are timed and cut out when time is up 3mins. Fee is $25.00 per night has just gone up from $15.00 in January.
