When we arrived the camp was undergoing huge disruption due to sewer works being undertaken. But in typical Aussie fashion: business as usual and let’s make the best of it. And did they go to great lengths to make our stay bloody near perfect. We were travelling with two dogs so having an oval adjacent to our site was excellent, the nightly visit by a thousand rabbits, interesting. The park is within walking distance of Mount Barker town centre, a short drive to some historic townships. I would stay again if in the area and totally recommend it to anyone else looking for a no-nonsense, comfortable park
