We love Mission Beach but our recent trip left us wishing we had stayed at a different park. The new manager has no hospitality skills and was hostile, rude and mean. Other staff are lovely, and he should leave customer service to those better suited to this job. He has anger issues and a totally unsuitable character for the role of manager. We think he needs to use his big boat more often and head out to sea!

Lovely spot. Excellent amenities. Lovely pool. Beautiful sites. Very close to shops & restaurants. Across the road from the beach. Highly recommend.
