Nice camp, small sites excellently maintained. Lots of Mosquitoes. Drop toilets, no water, no showers.

Well-maintained sites with covered clean BBQs; there is a rainwater tank suitable for washing hands. Advice: Camp on the site for smaller groups (not large groups) to avoid mosquitoes. Rangers visit the site every day to be sure to camp in your allocated site and check in/out on yr20 mins one way (including ferry ride) to the Wiseman’s ferry. Be mindful to keep your distance from the many large lace monitors; they are generally un-fussed about humans but can react aggressively if you venture too close. There are some lovely nearby walks including the Devines Hill convict trail and Grass Tree circuit loop, suitable for kids. Large concrete fire-pits are provided at each site.
