Excellant spot. Plenty of room. No facilities so have to be self contained. Great ground when dry but could be tricky for vans if there has been rain.
Good little over nighter when in the area
We stayed here for three nights in August 2019 the price was right , nil, the track was very bumpy and the area for staying is undulating. Better for an overnight stay but not too good for long stays. However it's very safe, you can leave your can here whilst you go to the various exhibitions don't forget to go to the Dinosaur Stampeed, the Winton Experience and the Watzing Matilda exhibition. ALL FANTASTIC Wi-Fi available at cafe which has great meals too. Great time in Winton
Great spot! We camped near the waterhole and loved it. The spot was quite popular - maybe due to the festival in town - but we could still have our on space.

It will fit. It's a big paddock, check closer to the time... If it's been raining, might be a problem by Andy P.
