Lovely spot. Lots of space and varied camping options. Playground, fenced dog off leash area, accessible jetty for fishing, plenty of areas to access water with kayaks etc. Bring your own toilet or a bike as most sites are not near the amenities block. Well maintained area with easy 2wd access. Over 100 camps set up mid early January but lots of space for more without being on top of others .
Great spot, stayed a few nights coming and going in a van. Toilet block isn't the cleanest, but can't complain when it's free, doesn't have lights in the showers though, so will need a torch to use them at night time. Plenty of room, not sure if swimming is any good as we were only there for the evening times and gone by the morning. Fairly quiet on a week night, but gets very busy on a weekend. The areas seem to self segregate themselves though, into oldies with RVs, families and party folk

I have never found these to be closed although signs indicate that they are closed I’ve been able to use throughout by Ethan T.
