One of my favourite camping spots. Stay right on the beach and plenty of room to have your own area away from others. You definitely need a 4WD.

Can we camp with a certified assistant dog with ?

Answer:

The DES website (https://parks.des.qld.gov.au/before- you-visit/dogs-and-pets) say that assistance dogs are permitted and that “Certified support dogs must wear an identifying coat or harness and the approved badge or tag”. by Mark S.

Can you access this area with a caravan?

Answer:

Yes. Well we did, but it is a sandy track and it gets a bit chopped up where the entrance track meets the beach area. We got bogged briefly but a couple of Maxtrax boards got us out. by Joe M.
