This review is for the campground. There is a lovely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are fantastic (special mention to Peter, who is a general hand/maintenance staff - I think). 5pm movies on Wed and Fri in the cafe is a great end of day wind down for the kids and chance for parents to have a quiet drink. The general store is basically just a servo so stock up on fresh produce before you come. The casual dining bistro and cafe are ok but as you would expect pricey. The pool is large with plenty of fenced in grass area. Amenities are an issue: toilets are old but clean, showers look like they have never been cleaned with black mold and scum build up. Tried 3 different amenity blocks before we found hot water at block D. Wasn’t impressed to find this is an American owned resort (Delaware North - I think is the company). If it wasn’t for Peter I would be giving this place 3 stars.
