When is the council going to do something about all the rubbish and makeshift accommodation.The permanents don't seem to find grog and other substances to expensive!

We arrived today - no space at all - full of homeless living in tents and cars. People were just using the dump point and leaving . Could not get near the potable area. The Showgrounds were the same.
