Great spot for a free (pay a donation) overnight stop. Accessible by motorcycle just off the highway. Flushing toilets and a spot to take a dip in the water. Tennis court and playground has signs no c... Read more

What a top spot. Bit of road noise but the highway doesn’t have much traffic. The roosters are friendly, they look like speckled Sussex, so someone is breeding them and dumping the males. I’m sure the... Read more

Such a lovely spot - friendly campers, toilets were fine. However had to comment as other comments on this camp didn’t address its biggest issue. This was the LOUDEST camp I’ve stayed at by far on my entire three month long journey. The neighbouring cows were screaming extremely loud into the night and the local roosters and other local birds are screeching from 4am. For someone in a rooftop tent with no soundproofing like a caravan (and I didn’t bring earplugs), there was no sleeping through this. Ended up waking up and leaving at about 5:30am. Don’t get me wrong, I do love the animals, but this camp is not for those looking for a quiet night 👍🏻

They say life is better around the campfire. And we could not agree more.  Over the years due to increase fire risk it's become a challenge to find great campsites that allow you to have a fire by your tent.  Please be a responsible Aircamper and brush up on your fire safety knowledge.
