We dropped in over Aust Day long weekend. Very crowded. Several people had shat on the banks of the river, which was disgusting. Went for a walk along the river and two large dogs tracked me growling all the way, almost had to run back to camp. Dog owners need to keep their dogs on a lead or closely supervised.

Brilliant although we had a massive flash storm on New Years. It was fun, and great that a place like this is free to the public.

You can’t book it’s a first in best dressed kind of situation. The campsites will fill up very quickly especially for a long weekend. by April S.
