Sign at the front says you need to be completely self contained. We were in a basic van (just bed and kitchen, no toilet) with no issues. Didn’t have to pay anything. Toilets are clean and central location. Restaurants in Franklin are a 2min walk away. Dump point and potable tap available to refill vans.

Great cheap spot on the river. Flat camp areas. Toilets are clean.
