We were here 1 August - arrived nice and early -around 3Pm. It was after some heavy and consistent rainfall so there was a lot of mud and BIG puddles around. But still lots of dry ground and lots of trees. Easy to navigate in, and out. Need to be completely self sufficient. No grey water. There is a dump spot. There is a path adjacent to the river which is lit up by bollard type lights at night so if you don’t like too much light to sleep with then don’t go riverside. There is a lovely cafe and gazebo/grounds about 500m east of the campsite, also a bit further some decent public toilets. We found it all telaxing for an overnighter and our dog enjoyed all the friendly Magpies too!
