Terrible experience. Customer service is shocking. Can not even give one star. Would not recommend this park.

Custimer Service Guys, Just tried to get 10 pages printed. Excuse 1. The person on phone tells me The lady out back is to busy to tell me how to do it. Come to office. I went to office with USB. Excuse 2. Lady on phone goes into back to Lady out back. Lady out back comes out…tells me they are too busy. And it needs to be emailed. ( is a contract…not comfortable with that.) The person on phone says that I misunderstood. Huh? She told me to come to office. Excuse 3. The printer is way out back, and so can’t do it. It’s too far away. Excuse 4. I asked if they can do it on printer in front of me. No it’s not connected to internet. I have a usb. No. We can’t do that. If I left usb with them, then they might have them printed in 24 hrs, but cannot guarantee. And it’s $1 per sheet. Lovely place though. Gotta laugh. But getting harder.

Lovely caravan park with green lawns. Wonderful beach you can drive along. But no recommended swimming. Has markets wed and sat afternoons to raise monies for royal flying doctor service. Bit of fun. Has a takeaway shop and a special on each night. Booking only. Food is ok. Has a small shop for essentials including bait. $35 unpowered and $45 powered. But. They don’t take advance bookings. Most people end up in an unpowered site for the night before tramping up to the office to change to a powered site at 8 am next morning, and then changing sites. They have giant signs out the front with no vacancy, but this seems to never change. The road in is corrugated, but we did it ok with our Motorhome. But. The office staff are grumble bums. Except for a young man who is likeable and helpful. The rest are …well..quite rude. Living in a little bit of paradise is not good enough for them. Even their emails are rude. Gotta laugh!

After a long boring drive we were thrilled to roll into this beautiful park.. green grass & trees were a perfect welcome after being in the red dust. Located right on the Amazing 80 Mile Beach, we sp... Read more
