We had booked a site at Eight mile creek...site no 3 ...plenty of room ...short walk to the beach ...plenty of protection from the wind. Fire pits already here to use if you want. When we booked our site (free to camp) we were lucky to get the last site but so many didnt take up their booking which left many camp sites vacant ...what a waste for some others who may have really enjoyed the sites. The creek next door is crystal clear and runs out to the ocean where so many black swans are enjoying the creek and the ocean. 🤗🤗 great place to camp!

Good camp-sites, just need to be self-sufficient.

Have to book now through rubbish system called book easy, clearly a misnomer! Not enough mobile there to book anyway. Why do councils insist on ruining a good thing. What was wrong with first come first serve? They could still have a ranger checking on campers.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach so close and a while of swans just wave surfing in the sea.
