I came here for a shake down trip in my camper , it’s a beautiful place in amongst the gum trees. About 1 1/2 hours south of Fremantle easy drive , I took my then white dog that turned red in the dirt. Had a non powered site that was fine ,sites are very spaced out , lots of families took up a whole site together. There are fire pits from car wheels etc but you have to bring in your own wood. The amenities are fine ,showers are hot, water potable . It’s a short walk to pub and information centre, the general store is well equipped whatever you’ve forgotten they’ve got and the pub fabulous. Plenty to do walks mountain bike riding kayaking gushing or just relaxing. It has a feeling of being in the bush somewhere it’s timeless. Safe for loan campers all info on their site.
