Great spot on the river. We camped down near the river and our dog had numerous swims. Toilet ok. Fires allowed ín season ánd cooked over the fire

Nice spot plenty of room not far from town. Been there twice. First time toilets were disgusting the smell was unbearable and very dirty. Second time a bit better. There was no garbage bins contrary to the sign on the toilet block. Locals told me council does not want to look after the place, don’t know if that’s right. Would stay again but hope it’s cleaned up to a reasonable standard

Lovely place, quite loud in the morning cause thousands of cockatoos decide at the same time to wake up and sing. It has a long drop toilet and it’s far from the highway. Came here after heavy rain... Read more

Question:

Don't try and go here, well out of the way to find out, the entrance way you definitely need 4wd and cannot pull a caravan in there. There was also a burnt out car blocking the entrance entirely. Massive waste of time to go down this outbackish Rd to find one of the most inhospitable, off-putting entrances to a campsite I've ever seen. ?
