Nice quiet camp ground lots of space nice views at sunset and sunrise. Long road in very bumpy. Lots of kangaroos

Beautiful spot good for kayaking and fishing so called caretaker seems to only talk to interstate or overseas visitors I’ve been three times and haven’t talked to him

Nice spacious campsite with basic drop-dunnies (make sure to take toilet paper). Road coming in is VERY corrugated and campsite itself can be windy at times- we had to take the awning down in the night but by morning there was hardly a breeze. Beautiful scenery!
Top Questions

Apparently it’s illegal to fish here does that include everywhere or just certain spots?
In the Wininowie Conservation Park, fishing is generally allowed in most areas, particularly within General Managed Use Zones and Habitat Protection Zones. However, fishing and the taking of plants and animals are prohibited in Sanctuary Zones. It's important to check the specific zones within the park to understand what activities are allowed in each area. SA Marine Parks website has all the info you need 😊 by Emma J.
