Great little site, steep descent in and bit chilly in Winter but nice and spacious. Didn’t realise until we arrived that you can take a 10 minute hike to the waterfall at night time to see glowworms!!

Great spot with plenty of room. I know lots of people make it in and out in 2wd but recent rain has carved the track up a bit. Bottomed out in my Hilux a couple of times (standard height). Recommend following the trail past the turn off to the camp site when your leaving. Fun little drive and takes you out at Bilpin. A few cafes around for a coffee up there.

Question:

Can Caravan go in this site?

Answer:

Road is rough in places but it can be done, no problem if it’s an off-road van you will have no problem , my suggestion would be tow it in/out via burralow Rd entry as it’s not as rough by Craig S.

Answer:

Thank you Craig. Cheers by Lu L.

Answer:

Yes there is plenty of room to camp in a caravan. But the kurrajong heights entry is steep and you will need a decent 4wd and brakes. The other entrance is not as bad. I’ve seen mainly jayco and pop tops etc. not the big rigs. by Simon C.
