I have stayed here about for times and have loved it every time. Brad and Jenny who run the park wold have to be nicest managers of any park that i have been too. The facilities are dated but would be one of the cleanest. There are rivers on either side of the campsite for a dip but these are always flowing. #eccreview.

Out of the way and quiet, this small park is intimate and has a sociable atmosphere. Large open spaces for big group camps. Lots of bush walking tracks and historic points of interest (Blackwood township) close by. Single night stays a bonus.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful break in the Trentham and Blackwood region, staying at the Blackwood Caravan Park. The park is situated on the creek and access to a soda and mineral water spring is literally meters away from the campsite. The amenities are clean. The Camp Kitchen is rustic (complete with open fire place) and so very fitting for this quiet and cozy park. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Aside to a small playground for the kids (standard equipment) this is the perfect park for a relaxing, quiet getaway. Oh, and the Blackwood Pub, within walking distance is worth a visit too.
