Rude and unhelpful staff. Amenities were dirty dark and not up to the standard I was expecting from a big 4 branded park. Pool was small and dirty. Found much nicer places to stay on our trip than here.

Hi J.H. we have searched in our system and can’t find your booking to enable us to investigate, can you advise if you booked under another name. We were saddened to read your review and comments about our staff, who normally receive compliments on being friendly and helpful. BIG4 rate us as a “classic” park and while we don’t have all the bells and whistles of the premier parks, we do pride ourselves on spotlessly clean amenities, well-maintained facilities and professional service. Our pool, while smaller in size, is cleaned several times a day. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your time with us and that our team did not have the opportunity to make your stay an excellent one.

Was beautiful. We camped down near the river. Nice and quiet. Beautiful area. All amenities lovely and clean and pool for the kids.

Really friendly staff. Easy to get to. Walking distance to anaconda store, ARB and a drive through coffee shop.
