We only stopped here overnight. Had a drive through site so we didn’t unhook. Reception staff helpful. Amenities good. Loved the Jetty.

Great facilities and swimming pool. Keep your eyes peeled for green tree frogs! Take a walk down the jetty and throw a line in. Lots of fish to be caught!

Can you have fires in a firepit ?

Answer:

Hi Annie, Thanks for getting in touch! As we are close to a residential area, we can't allow individual fires on sites (which includes no cooking over coal or open flame). However, we do have a large communal fire pit which our staff light of an afternoon in the cooler months (usually Friday and Saturday) and keep well stocked with fire wood. It is subject to weather and local fire conditions and any social distancing requirements. by Guest.Relations

Is there a boat ramp there or. nearby please ?

Answer:

Hi Pat, The town boat ramp with floating pontoon is just a couple of minutes down the road. There is an old concrete boat ramp to the side of the jetty, but not suitable for anything bigger than a small tinny and only available on high tide, as it is a tidal mangrove area. by Guest.Relations
