A warm welcome from staff at BIG4, very organised but was disappointed when we were placed on a site that was far from usable for our 9m caravan. This site was at the end of the powered sites and next to an electrical substation/outlet. We called reception and asked to be moved. Without hesitation they moved us to opposite the playground and mini golf area. Was a great spot to watch our son play with other kids and we enjoyed mini golf. Short walk to the river too. Park was clean, good pool and great facilities for kids. Pool hours could be adjusted - opens quiet late. Great, extremely clean facilities. Easy to find and a lovely area with a lot of families camping there. We loved our stay, had our dog with us and he loved meeting other dogs there (:

Very comfortable park with quite a few activities for kids. We stayed in a cabin with our 2 dogs. Not too far from Warrnambool for food & shopping. Would definitely stay again.
