Not bad for a free site. No drinking water, toilets are very basic. Would def visit here again. Its a good place for a one night stop-over.

Stopped by for one night. Not as noisy as I was expecting as it’s not really on a major road as some people have suggested, probably had 5-6 cars drive past in the 12 hours we were there. No fires allowed and no water available except for from the river (creek).

It’s only a small camp site, right on the road. The milk trucks drive past very early in the morning to collect the locals milk. The website & this app state that there is water-incorrect. There’s not even a hand basin & tap to wash your hands after going to the toilet, let alone wash the dishes. The website & app also state camp fires allowed-incorrect. There’s two signs up at each entrance stating no camp fires. It’s a beautiful location, the creek trickles by & the birdlife extraordinary, but updates needed as I would not have visited this spot knowing about those two important musts for me when camping.
