C14 is free, that is great. It is also small and covered with soot sand, which makes it a bit unpleasant. It is also very small, fitting only about 4 medium sized camps, near the parking area. Mozzies will devour anything on their path, so we opted for pitching our tent near the beach. Only a 2 min walk through light beach bush. Best decision even. Light breeze through the night and no mozzies. We didn’t pick the best spot, so woke up with sore backs, but that’s our own fault. No toilets or water available.
