Huge campground in the state forest. We went after some heavy rain and the roads were on the edge of being 2wd friendly. We had to help somebody out who got stuck unable to climb a muddy part in their SUV. It was busy when we were there between Christmas and New Years but there’s so much space that it doesn’t really matter. It gets pretty gnarly right before each of the bridge crossings so if you’ve got a city car then take it slow. Would definitely go again - it feels really wild out there but not too far from Mollymook and the coast.
