Good little hidden gem - not that far from Melbourne. There are free camping sites around but this park has toilets and showers and is reasonably priced. Surf lifeguards at the beach with a food truck during peak session. Park owners were great - hired a fire pit which was a good idea for the nights. Just make sure you have cash for the fire pit deposit as there is no real way to draw money out nearby. Would go again.

Stayed here for the first time with my young family and a few friends and their kids. Perfect location and very quiet, a park over the road and the beach just behind! Friendly owners - overall very happy and look forward to visiting again.

We started here December of 2019, and I think it’s about high time I write a glowing review. This camp site absolutely saved our butts when falls festival was cancelled and we had to scramble for a place to stay as we’d driver all the way from Sydney. The staff were so incredibly friendly and accomodating and helped us in any way they could. The beach is so beautiful. The surf life savers club were legends. Amenities were all there and cleaned regularly. I hope to come back here again one day, turned a devastating cancellation into an unforgettable holiday. Extreme weather conditions and terrible winds that almost killed our tent, through it all, laughter and amazing memories. Thanks guys.

Other than a sudden swarm of bees that we warded away with tea-tree oil, had nice night camping. Large area with plenty of spots, not far from the beach although it didn't seem safe to swim. No toilets.
