Scenic, remote and lovely camping spot. If you’ve got anything less than a 4WD it might be tricky to get in/out via the unsealed road but once you’re in it’s definitely worth it!! The toilet was a bonus and Bluestone Bay was a lovely hidden gem. We camped here for two nights during peak season and had no problems with snagging a spot.

Great campsite, visited mid week in early spring during the off season. Therefore had the place to our self. Area is popular for rock climbers and thus understandable as the backdrop offers dramatic seaside white cliff faces covered in orange lichen. There are areas you can go for a dip but beach is all granite rocks and boulders. Campsite is suitable for kids but close supervision is needed if playing near cliffs edge which is about 50-100mts from campsite. Great central location to Freycinet with short drives to all key hikes and hotspots in area.

Very nice and remote campsite, being difficult for a low-clearance 2wd Holden Astra to access it. But it definitely worths the trouble. Beautiful toilet. No water. Note that access is more difficult in wet condition.

A great spot, particularly if you’re into rock climbing and diving. 4wd access required...not technical, just requires high clearance for plenty of rampovers/drainage lines.
