Great place to escape with the family sometimes the “local frequent campers” can get nasty regarding noise if staying with children wanting to have fun Beautiful scenery

Question:

How busy is this site Xmas and new w year?

Answer:

I was there from Boxing Day til New Year’s Day just gone, there were quite a few people there but not too busy. I’ve been here a few times now and Easter is busier that Xmas/New year. Be aware that the water hole rarely has water, and when it does it isn’t suitable for swimming. by Marie P.

Question:

Is it likely that all sites here will be full over the next couple of weeks? :)

Answer:

We camped here the weekend after 2nd lock down. It was pretty full then. Most people camping in summer prefer spots with fresh water to cool off in so maybe it won’t be too busy over the next few weeks. Keep in mind that the waterhole is dry, but it is a lovely spot regardless 😊🏕 by Marie P.
