Group of four family’s traveled together, with some pre planning managed to get 4 lake side powered sites side by side. The park has all amenities required, though they could use an update, however they were clean and usable. Be aware you need to take drinking water with you as the facilities and site water comes from the lake. The caretakers were outstanding with nothing being an issue and available at all times. We really enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. Even though we had terrible weather in terms of wind for part of our stay the evenings were calm enough to light a fire in the provided fire pit. If you are after perfection in a caravan park than this probably is not for you, but if you are after a “bush” camping experience with some creature comforts Welshmans Reef will fit the bill.
