A beautiful spot with an incredible beach. The facilities are clean and kept well, even a great little laundry. Lots of wildlife around, nice cafe and the Gaol is a must visit. Beach front sites offer... Read more

We visited in winter and the scenery was lovely. The campsite is quite spread out which means it can be at capacity but still feel quiet and relaxed. The roads are paved and the kids seem to enjoy riding their bikes around. The amenities are upmarket for a national park with clean bathrooms, hot showers, a camp kitchen and the kiosk (more of a restaurant than a kiosk). The only drawback is that fires are prohibited and at the time of my visit most of the walking tracks through the national park nearby are closed.
